@adriansev : OK, I see your point, I will add an `XRD_CPRETRY` envar then. Now, let's determine first the desired behaviour ;-) let's say the `CopyJob` times out and it is being retried, do you want the copy process to start from scratch or from the point where the previous `CopyJob` was interrupted? If the former is true we need the `force` flag and if the later the `continue` flag is needed.
