@adriansev : you should be able now to set the number of retries using: `XRD_CPRETRY`. On retry I am adding by default the `force` flag (I did a simple test and having just `posc` was not enough), you can change this by setting `XRD_CPRETRYPOLICY`, the value should be either `force` or `continue`.
