Hi everyone,

 

Many people of our department have started to play pickleball every Tuesday afternoon in SLAC gym. The gym will be open till 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday. I think we can play badminton between 5pm to 7pm in these two days.

 

I can do it today if we have four to play a game of doubles. Anyone else?

Hi Everyone,

 

I've started coming back on-site, and will certainly forward to resume

badminton, as it's been a while!  A game of doubles will be nice to start it off,  if we can manage it.  As of now, the gym hours are limited and not sure how the booking goes either.

Hello everyone,

Is badminton restarting at the SLAC gym? I know the indoor game is open and they will setup a net if asked. But the hours are restricted. Please let me know if there are plans of playing!

Hi Folks,

 

I noticed Building 620 (IR-2)  is right next door to the gym, where they announced a potential COVID-19 case today.

 

We should probably take it as a pre-caution to put the games on hold for now, till further notice. Stay healthy!
