OSG also implemented this, roughtly the same way as xrootdlib: https://github.com/opensciencegrid/xrootd-monitoring-collector/blob/master/Collectors/decoding.py

But, nothing in the official python wrappers. We implemented this parsing for a monitoring collector (see same repo)
