Olmo reported that transfer fail, here is some outcome from slack chat:

Olmo  6:59 PM
I think my transfer from crab jobs to caltech T2 are stuck, is there a known issue? (edited)

Justas Balcas  11:05 PM
now yes. new issue and mix of gridftp/davs. if site supports only gridftp to transfer files, file mode will be 644, dir mode 755. if davs - file mode 664, dir mode 775. So davs does it better and have control flag

Justas Balcas  11:32 PM
it improved temporary. Seems there are 2 issues:
gridftp bad permissions;
xrootd davs/auth - on server I see ofs_open (mkdir): unknown - and get’s permission denied. Why fts/xrootd forget auth details and not passing further - good question. But this is something specific to Arthur’s certificate:
[root@transfer-9 ~]# cat /var/log/xrootd/clustered/xrootd.log | grep TPC | grep ocerri | awk '{print $5}' | sort | uniq -c
    462 event=PULL_START,
      4 event=TRANSFER_FAIL,
    458 event=TRANSFER_SUCCESS
Olmo - low failures; Arthur:
 cat /var/log/xrootd/clustered/xrootd.log | grep TPC | grep apres | awk '{print $5}' | sort | uniq -c
      1 17:40:40
      1 21:08:38
   2644 event=OPEN_FAIL,
   2644 event=PULL_START,
100% failure
