Error messages for SSL_CTX failures (such as [invalid certificate](https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/blob/e1710edd02ff94530b652970bbf2b7cc796caba8/src/XrdTls/XrdTlsContext.cc#L706-L707) ) do not give enough information to debug.
