Well, the problem is that if DH_compute_key_padded signature exists in the included openssl header files cmake should define HAVE_DH_PADDED_FUNC:
https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/blob/253acea4cf51ff221d23e82b0f667a61de562785/cmake/FindOpenSSL.cmake#L85-L89
and then the part of code where you getting your compilation error wouldn't be included in compilation at all.

Now the big question is why it sin't ;-) could add check if the cmake check_function_exists and check_symbol_exists is called and if it finds anything?
