Hallo Andy,
well, i assume the fix went into a v5. We in CMS have not yet started a v5 upgrade campaign as a few sites that upgraded run into issues. Bockjoo (who took over from Marian Z) is tracking things and we hope site can upgrade once the high load issue is resolved.
