Wellness grants range from $200 to $1,000 and are awarded to SHC and SCH departments who demonstrate a commitment to wellness.

Apply for a wellness grant

 

Is your team looking for funding to accomplish your wellness goals? Apply for a wellness grant! Champions can apply for grants ranging from $200 to $1,000 to fund a self-directed wellness activity for their workgroup.

 

Applications will be accepted from March 1 through March 15, and all applicants will be notified by April 15.
