Suggest to allow the use of `root://` URLs for `xrdfs` commands, in addition to the current split server + pathname syntax. In that case, either `path` or `dirname` arguments would be URLs (and the `host[:port]` argument should then not be provided).

Rationale: the main CLI entry point for most users is `xrdcp`, which uses these URLs. It feels natural that the same URL used for a transfer ought  be used for metadata operations such as `xrdfs stat` or `xrdfs ls`.
User-side parsing of such URLs to split out server and path is cumbersome and error-prone.
