Compiling on Alpine Linux currently fails due to the non-existence of non-standard GNU extensions pthread functions such as pthread_rwlockattr_setkind_np, in the musl C library. I recommmend to work around code like this, in XrdSysPthread, to welcome Alpine Linux users to the world of XROOTD. Is it possible?
