The build errors for rpm-centos7 and dpkg-ubuntu were introduced in dd6fd8a and/or 9db73ec that has exit codes of

install: cannot stat 'src/XrdClHttp/config/http.client.conf.example': No such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.JpH7CG (%install)
    Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.JpH7CG (%install)
