If it were only so easy. We already have a trace option that "xrootd.trace auth"

and an equivalent one for http (though I see the docs haven't been updated). What is wanted here is the actual DN string which is not an official part of the SecEntity structure and it's location varies by protocol. Then look at SciTokens where there really is no DN equivalent; so, this is not going to ne a long-term solution.
