FYI - the SSL read error occurs on every HTTP connection. Haven’t decided if most HTTP clients close poorly or there’s something at the Xrootd level handling TLS incorrectly - but that read error alone might just be normal operations!

yes, we thought as much. Other sites are seeing things like this too.
We are more concerned with

220713 14:17:39 124 XrdLink: Unable to send to 7dc42260.94:[log in to unmask]; connection timed out

as these sound exactly like the errors FTS is reporting.
Since CERN FTS is working for other sites, it must be someone on our end.
