In the WLCG BDT meeting, we proposed that, for simplicity, the authorizations in a ZTN session token would be valid for the entirety of the session.

This is a pragmatic proposal which would make ZTN more closely match the behavior of GSI-based sessions: if the X.509 proxy expires while the session is active, the authorization for the session remain unchanged. (Separately, it was discussed that, regardless of the authentication protocol - GSI-or-ZTN - it would be good to have a max session lifetime.)
