Dear Jeremy!

I hope you with your whole family is doing well.
My apologies for waiting till today to respond to this.
Here's a summary note of the status:

  * I am working on SuperaAtomic and edep2supera. Ofc the real work is in the former and I'm noting updates that need to be made in edep2supera as I go. I plan to finish these today including some initial validations + larcv2 file creation. I get back to the status summary tomorrow morning again. I am working off of your first_implementation branch, so it will be additive modifications that can be readily merged (I actually still work on that branch forked in my repo). Another deliverable beyond just code is documentation on the assumptions in the input data: which attributes should be filled and how, and also additional instructions specific to dune-nd (e.g. some advice beyond generic to discuss about truth information stored by edep-sim, for instance, since there are things edep-sim has a specific way of interpreting from Geant4).
  * larnd2supera is still in Andrew's hands but Sam is back on this effort to help and work with him, I believe. Once I have the "input assumption" summarized from the above bullet point, I think another chunk of work to implement that for larnd2supera needs to be done.

Please feel free to ping me on slack
Kazu

Subject: Re: DUNE-ND ML reconstruction meeting

hi!

I will have to miss today, sadly, because of last-minute shuffling of my
childcare arrangement due to a NOvA collaboration meeting this week. Any
chance a few-sentence summary could be sent around after the fact?

(I'm planning to jump back into work on validating / debugging the
labeling algorithm as soon as the NOvA meeting this week is over, and
knowing where things stand is helpful.)

Thanks!

-Jeremy
