LISTSERV 16.5 - XROOTD-DEV Archives

I've done some more testing and I can see some resemblance to #1252 
With `http.tlsreuse` missing or `on`, I can replicate the error seen on FTS.
If I set `export DAVIX_DISABLE_SESSION_CACHING=true`, the command works.
Same is true if I set `http.tlsreuse off` (with  `export DAVIX_DISABLE_SESSION_CACHING=false`):

I am pretty sure I also had a version of the config with `http.tlsreuse off` a few months back that did not work.
It will take a few days to check if FTS is happy now.
