I've done some more testing and I can see some resemblance to #1252
With http.tlsreuse missing or on, I can replicate the error seen on FTS.
If I set export DAVIX_DISABLE_SESSION_CACHING=true, the command works.
Same is true if I set http.tlsreuse off (with export DAVIX_DISABLE_SESSION_CACHING=false):

I am pretty sure I also had a version of the config with http.tlsreuse off a few months back that did not work.
It will take a few days to check if FTS is happy now.
