Working on CMS Rucio consistency enforcement, I noticed strange behavior of "xrdfs ls" command: ``` # xrdfs ruhex-osgce.rutgers.edu ls -l -R /store/mc/RunIIFall17NanoAODv7/BprimeBprime_M-1900_TuneCP5_13TeV-madgraph-pythia8 (empty) # xrdfs ruhex-osgce.rutgers.edu ls -l /store/mc/RunIIFall17NanoAODv7/BprimeBprime_M-1900_TuneCP5_13TeV-madgraph-pythia8 (empty) # xrdfs ruhex-osgce.rutgers.edu ls -R /store/mc/RunIIFall17NanoAODv7/BprimeBprime_M-1900_TuneCP5_13TeV-madgraph-pythia8 (empty) # xrdfs ruhex-osgce.rutgers.edu ls /store/mc/RunIIFall17NanoAODv7/BprimeBprime_M-1900_TuneCP5_13TeV-madgraph-pythia8 /store/mc/RunIIFall17NanoAODv7/BprimeBprime_M-1900_TuneCP5_13TeV-madgraph-pythia8/NANOAODSIM ``` I do not think I can find a logic explaining why a directory appears empty if I use `ls` with `-R` and/or `-l` but is not empty if I use plain `ls` -- Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHub: https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/issues/1800 You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
