Hi,
I am not sure this can be done:

a) the stat info returned internally by xrootd just contains (size,flags,modtime), so I don't see how to get the other fields
b) permissions in the disks always were meaningless, as you write. What changed to make them meaningful?
c) we should agree with others a "standard" way to encode the new fields (if we get them) into the response of HEAD and PROPFIND. "Others" refers to the developers of the other grid storage solutions, plus the devs of GFAL2

... or am I missing anything fundamental here?
