Configuration fails with cmake .. -DBUILD_CRYPTO=0 -DENABLE_CRYPTO=0. This issue is to discuss if we make the option be enabled by force, or fix building with crypto disabled. It would also be a good idea to unify the two switches to avoid inconsistencies in configuration when only one of them is enabled.
