The expected way for XRootDTransport::GetBody to work with kXR_status reposes is that on the first call (with repeated calls in case of suRetry) it only the response header, not including the data. But there is a case where it could read all of the data - which I think is part of the problem of issue #1808. This PR should restore the expected behaviour.
