I figured out the sss/ztn interaction.

If I specify the origin to use TLS as pss.origin roots://sciwork1802.jlab.org:1094 then, on the origin with ofs.authorize enabled I get the ztn credentials as expected.

This makes sense to me, because ztn required TLS, but the default (non-url syntax) origin config does not use TLS.

Now to see if that gets me all the way there or not.
