To be clear, this is the view from the origin and "dtn2201" is the proxy?

In that case, I'm wondering if the credential forwarding is dropping the credential itself (or something else is going wrong with the deep copy). On the origin, can you add:

scitokens.trace all

to see if the SciTokens module is even getting a credential?
