Please note that, as pointed out by @simonmichal in a comment above, the option to enable tests is `-DENABLE_TESTS=ON`, not `-DBUILD_TESTS=ON`. You can find the build options for XRootD listed [here](https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/blob/master/cmake/XRootDDefaults.cmake#L20).
