Ah yes, what I describe here is for HTTP only. Here is the link where the buggy code is: https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/blob/master/src/XrdHttp/XrdHttpReq.cc#L145

The easy fix is to add the ! before strcasecamp for each line. But it will not fix the overall behaviour, of course.
