I will merge the testing changes, then Cedric can rebase this on the new master and discard the commit I made just to let him use GoogleTest. Splitting the fix and the new test in two commits is enough for me (I want to apply the fix to the patch release, and everything else on master only, as I'm not adding GoogleTest to the patch release).
