These scripts are based on work by @simonmichal from https://gitlab.cern.ch/eos/xrootd-docker. I just tried to make it a bit more convenient to generate images for any version of XRootD and based on Alma 8 and 9 in addition to CentOS 7. Please give a go and let me know what you think. Currently, the Alma 9 tests fail because the `srv*` containers cannot connect to the `metaman` container, but on CentOS 7 and Alma 8 everything works.
