Hi -

The server breaks each range into a 128KB chunk:

https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/blob/master/src/XrdHttp/XrdHttpReq.cc#L246-L304

So, while you request 6 chunks of data totaling 130MB, internally this becomes ~1,300 requests, over the limit.

@ccaffy - you may want to take a look at this. The algorithm here is ... not ideal.
