@biozit - can we debug one host at a time? The posted netstat appears to be from a different host than the prior logs.

Particularly, note that the issue you reported on Slack (TLS connectivity issues) is quite distinct from what you report above (where not only was the client able to connect but it issued a request that ended with a 500 Internal Error response).
