On the collector:

 - if the Open event is missing, we mark the entry and set the start and end time the same:

 - if close is missing, the entry stays on the dict

We are marking the record with Open event missing, that could be a pkg drop or somehting, but this case is very rare. The most comom case is when we have the Open and the close event, but the open time and the close time are the same. The open time and close time are both on the past.
