I tried installing xrootd python client but it complains about uuid:
Some dependencies are missing: uuid development package is missing
Problem is this is present:
[root@xcache-tester-28100405-6htj2 /]# yum install uuid Last metadata expiration check: 18:50:05 ago on Mon Jun 5 19:09:28 2023. Package uuid-1.6.2-43.el8.x86_64 is already installed. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. Complete! [root@xcache-tester-28100405-6htj2 /]# yum install uuid-devel Last metadata expiration check: 18:50:10 ago on Mon Jun 5 19:09:28 2023. Package uuid-devel-1.6.2-43.el8.x86_64 is already installed. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. Complete!
