Hello HPS,

The baselines and dead channels have been loaded to the database for the 2021 data.

This was done after making a backup of the state of the database before loading these new calibrations.

Thank you to Rory for all his hard work getting these put together. We did test MC generation and

it does appear the code already does put the dead channels into the MC.

We are getting ready to run a new pass of the 2021 data.
