Dear colleagues, [apologies in case of cross-posting], A reminder that the second ECFA workshop on Higgs/EW/Top factories will take place in Paestum (Salerno) / Italy from 11 - 13 October 2023: https://agenda.infn.it/event/34841/ Wide participation across the particle physics community, especially among early-career researchers, is strongly encouraged. The meeting is intended in true 'workshop style', and a major item will be discussion of a set of 'focus topics' aimed at those who would like to get started participating in Higgs Factory studies. Furthermore a *hands-on **tutorial* on the software ecosystem Key4hep will also be held on 10 October, the day before the main workshop begins. Abstract submission is still open for posters, and details of the agenda can be found on the indico site. The workshop will be in person and the cost has been kept low, at *460 Euros for full board and single-room accommodation****for three nights*. We hope to welcome many of you in Paestum in October and look forward to a very interesting and fruitful workshop.
