There is nothing you can set. They are displayed to the extent that the configuration processing displays them. Some plugins do that and some do not. You can turn on debugging via the command line  (i.e -d option) and see what gets displayed.

IS there a way that I can see all variables configured in XRootD? For
example, I want to see what xrootd  is using a run-time for EnableVoms.
