FYI All, JLab scimomp is starting the process of moving to AlmaLinux9, although I haven't seen an official announcement yet. There is currently one alma9 interactive node for testing (ifarm9), and a tiny portion of the batch farm nodes (the oldest, farm14 nodes). I'm not sure the overall timeline, but I'd think within a couple months we should expect significant reduction in centos7 availability on the batch farm.
