Something that has been plaguing me for a while is that the masks are hardwired into the Gismo code. I have now got a new version of them which allows them to be specified in the geometry .ini file. I will update the unix version of Mask.cxx today sometime and also my Strawman .ini files. It's probably easiest to send out the single file as a patch. Of course, I'll need to remake our Gismo distribution and update the web .ini file versions.
