We have been asked to organize the SUSY WG (or P3) sessions at the
international Linear Collider Workshop (LC99) at Sitges, Spain, April 28-
May 5, 1999. The conference web site is:

You can find the preliminary schedule.
This mail is a request that you communicate immediately with your
regional coordinator (listed below) if you would like to give a talk in the
SUSY parallel sessions. Please provide:
(a) title
(b) estimate of the time required
(c) brief abstract
by Feb. 17th (two weeks fron now).
*** We have to submit a PRELIMINARY agenda for the P3 sessions by February 20,

14:30-16:30 and 17:00-19:00 on Monday, May 3.
(b) Plenary talk
16:45-17:45 (SUSY WG and theory) on Tuesday, May 4.
(c) There is some time allowed in the schedule on Saturday (May 1)
evening 17:00-19:00 for extra meetings.
