I've figured out how to get the LCMetaData from the eventheader, and I
see where one of the Maps has a string in it that looks like this:
system:0:6,barrel:6:3,module:9:4,layer:13:6,slice:19:5,x:32:-16,y:48:-16
Under the name "CellIDEncoding". Am I on the right track?
