Hi Ray,

I'm giving a talk to Alumni on Cape Cod. I would phone in, but I am
talking at 1:30 pm exactly. Cocktails are at 11:30 am.

Hi Everyone,

The mailing list software complained about my two attachments in the LQS
group meeting annoucement email I sent earlier today, so I sending it
again without the attachments. My apologies if you receive this
twice. The two papers by Bethe can also be downloaded from http://
focus.aps.org/story/v21/st3 (links are near the bottom of the page).

Thanks,

Hi Everyone,

We'll hold our regular LQS weekly meeting this Thursday, February 7, at
1:30 PM Eastern/10:30 AM Pacific. Since there were only three of us
at last week's meeting, we postponed discussion of the solar fusion
papers
by Bethe until this week. The short version of the story is at
http://focus.aps.org/story/v21/st3. Bethe's two papers are also
attached.

Topic for next week: the new heavy charmonium states and QCD (arXiv:
0711.4556).

Those at SLAC can meet in Cedar in the ROB. Dial-in info:

> Call: 510-665-5437
> Meeting ID: 7336

Thanks much,
--Ray
