Details:
As a side-effect, pss.cache sets the XRDPOSIX_CACHE environment variable.
XrdPosixXrootd::initEnv only calls XrdPosixXrootd::initEnv(char*) if
XRDPOSIX_CACHE env var is set. The latter function is what loads the cache
object.
So, if pss.cache isn't set, then pss.cachelib doesn't work. Can this be
fixed? Our particular cachelib will have to re-parse the config file anyway,
as the current mechanism for passing parameters is tied to the existing memory
cache.
