I don't want to add more scripts, so "eups show python" or I'd prefer "eups admin show python" as "eups admin ..." already exists. This parallels git moving away from git_commit etc. scripts, and doesn't pollute the unix command namespace (eups_setup is an exception as it has to be handled specially already, as we source its output).
I just pushed an implementation:
