Thanks, I made the updates.

BTW, if there is interest within a broader DM team outside of the DB
group, we might consider adding it to our main git tutorial page,
I don't particularly want to maintain a separate git tutorial page.
I am just not sure if the Apps team and the rest of Middleware is
using the same rebase-based procedure. Plus, Qserv and afw are
probably the only two modules with complex, multi-developer
ecosystem.

I cc'ed lsst-data to make others aware about this discussion.
